must have a password to access any of the business portions of our sites. Browsers and shoppers can
view items for auction but must have a registered user name and password to participate in other
auction activities.

by as set of stringent security safeguards, including encryption of data streams. ALL financial and client information related
data is transmitted and received in secure mode, including registration and sign-in information.

Without a proper user name and password, users can not access the to site view, record or otherwise use private user
information including credit card infromation, user transactions information and any other information covered in
our stated privacy policy.

To access your account you must correctly provide your chosen user name and password. Please note
that our site administrators do not have access to user passwords. If you forget or otherwise loose you password,
the system will, using your correct recorded email address, send you an email with directions for changing past or lost passwords.

If you have forgotten or lost your user name, using Contact Goophie, send a request to our site admin asking for
assistance. Your request should include your correct name, address and telephone number. Prior to releasing
any requested information, your identity will be verified by admin staff.
